The cuisine served at Miranda is a unique mix of Latin American and Italian: the foods we are familiar with and the foods we love! Our menu is inspired by the seasons and our dishes are created by using local produce whenever possible. We are happy to support New York State farmers, particularly those of the Rondout Valley region (west of the Hudson River) and those we meet at our local Farmers' Markets. Our ever-changing cheese menu is comprised of six different selections imported from Spain and Italy, a great way to start or end your meal. Our desserts also change with the seasons and we bake them all in-house, along with our rosemary foccacia bread.
We understand that everyone has different tastes and dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate you but please let us know if there is something you are allergic to. Many of our dishes are naturally vegetarian and some dishes can be easily made vegetarian since we cook with a rich vegetable broth rather than meat stocks.
